Allison Herstic joined Virginia & Ambinder, LLP as an Associate in 2024 and concentrates her practice on ERISA, labor, and employment litigation.
Allison earned her B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in 2021. She graduated cum laude from Cardozo School of Law in 2024 and received the Law Burns Scholarship. Prior to joining V&A, Allison was a Peggy Browning Fellow at the Major League Baseball Players Association.
While in law school, Allison interned at the New York City Law Department in the Labor and Employment Law Division and worked as a teaching assistant in Labor Law courses. In addition, Allison has previously worked as a field investigator with the National Labor Relations Board, Region 29 and as the Saul Wallen Intern in Public Employee Relations at the New York City Office of Collective Bargaining.
