V&A recovered $2.9 million in alleged unpaid wages for registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, medical assistants, and others employed at a nursing facility in Brooklyn. The workers claimed that, for years, they had been denied minimum wages and overtime compensation despite regularly working more than forty hours per week.
