Jayden Peters joined Virginia & Ambinder, LLP as an Associate in 2023 and focuses his practice on ERISA collections and Wage and Hour litigation. Prior to joining Virginia & Ambinder, LLP, attorney Peters worked as an Associate at Wilson Elser, LLP’s Philadelphia office, where he defended premises liability actions on behalf of insurance companies and their insureds. Before that, Jayden served as an Assistant District Attorney in Northampton County, Pennsylvania, where he was assigned to the Domestic Violence and Drug Forfeiture units and was responsible for prosecuting serious crimes such as marital rape and other abuse, in addition to collecting illegally obtained money and property from offenders under the Drug Act.
Attorney Peters earned his J.D. from Widener University, Commonwealth Law School and received his undergraduate degree from DeSales University, where he served as president of the St. Thomas Moore Pre-Law Society.
Prior to attending law school, Jayden worked at Virginia & Ambinder, LLP as a legal assistant.
