Nicole joined Virginia & Ambinder, LLP as an associate in 2015 and concentrates her practice in ERISA, labor, and employment litigation. Ms. Marimon represents unions and multiemployer benefit funds in ERISA collection actions. She has handled numerous cases from inception through settlement. Ms. Marimon has also tried cases before state and federal courts in New York.
Prior to joining Virginia & Ambinder, LLP, Nicole interned at the New York County District Attorney’s Office and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. She also completed a fellowship at the New York City Department of Investigation aiding in the investigation of City employees and contractors engaged in corrupt, fraudulent activities, or unethical conduct.
Nicole graduated from New York University in 2010 and earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2014. While a student at Fordham University School of Law, Nicole served as the Online Editor for the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal, she participated in the Fordham Criminal Defense Clinic, and received the Archibald M. Murray Award for Public Service.
Nicole is fluent in Spanish.
