About Kelly Malloy

Kelly Malloy joined Virginia & Ambinder, LLP as an Associate in 2018. Prior to joining, Kelly worked as a Law Clerk at Cohen, Weiss & Simon, LLP in New York, where she worked on ERISA litigation and traditional labor issues, such as organizing, representation, and bargaining. She has contributed to the ABA Employee Benefits Committee Mid-Winter Meeting’s Report of the Subcommittee on Reporting and Disclosure (Feb. 2018) and was also a clerk with the in-house legal department of the entertainment union, SAG-AFTRA, and with the National Labor Relations Board, Division of Judges (Region 2).

Kelly graduated from Bucknell University in 2010 and worked in the book publishing industry for over six years thereafter. She earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2018, while working full-time and going to law school at night. At Brooklyn Law, Kelly was a Trade Secrets Institute Fellow, received a certificate in Intellectual Property, Media, & Information Law, and participated in the Clemency & Pardon Project.
