About Jenny S. Brejt

Jenny joined V&A as an associate in March 2021, having previously served as a law clerk. Jenny concentrates on a wide variety of labor and employment matters, including wage & hour and ERISA collections litigation, as well as sexual harassment, retaliation, and discrimination based on gender, age, race, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, and religion.

Jenny earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2020. While there, Jenny served as the Notes and Articles Editor for the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal, she participated in the Democracy and the Constitution Clinic, and received the Archibald M. Murray Award for Public Service.

During law school, Jenny served as an extern at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. In addition, Jenny served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Joan A Madden, Supreme Court Of New York, New York County.
