Matthew Vani joined Virginia & Ambinder, LLP as a Law Clerk in 2022 and concentrates his practice on ERISA, labor, and employment litigation.
Matthew earned his J.D. with Dean’s List honors from the St. John’s University School of Law and received his B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. At St. John’s, Matt received the Dean’s Scholarship and the New York State Court of Appeals Fellowship. He served as the Associate Managing Editor of the New York International Law Review, Treasurer of the Labor Relations and Employment Law Society, and also participated in the Consumer Justice for the Elderly Litigation Clinic. Prior to joining Virginia & Ambinder, he interned as a field investigator with the National Labor Relations Board, Region 29 and as a student intern with Queens Supreme Court Commercial Division.
