V&A’s attorneys LaDonna Lusher and James Murphy delivered a presentation to retail employees through the Retail Action Project on the subject of rights for workers. The major themes discussed were hours and breaks, payment documentation, being an independent contractor, work leave, discrimination and union organization. The presentation took place on October 11th, 2017, at the The Retail Action Project office at 7 Penn Plaza.
