On February 10th, 2016, V&A attorneys LaDonna Lusher and Leonor Coyle presented to a class of retail workers through the Retail Action Project about their rights as employees. Lusher and Coyle delved into topics such as laws governing wage rates, paid time off, civil rights protections, and union representation.
