Venus Velez

Venus Velez joined Virginia & Ambinder, LLP in July 2011 as a paralegal and Spanish language translator. Venus is a recent graduate of Hunter College of the City University of New York, where she majored in English and served as president of the Eugenio Maria De Hostos Puerto Rican Club. Prior to her work at our firm, Venus worked as manager of child care at the Early Childhood Development Center of Metropolitan Hospital, and as the cultural affairs commissioner at Hunter College, where she managed student club budgets and events.
