Suzanne B. Leeds

Suzanne Leeds joined Virginia & Ambinder, LLP as an associate in February 2011, and works at our Lower Manhattan offices. Suzanne works on ERISA cases involving employer benefit contributions, and litigates wage and hour cases.

Prior to joining Virginia & Ambinder, LLP, Suzanne worked at a national litigation firm where her practice focused on defending claims against professionals and municipalities, representing municipalities in actions involving a hostile work environment, discrimination, retaliation, employee discharge and discipline, violations of civil service law, and other employment-related disputes. Suzanne began her career in the litigation department of a major international law firm where her practice focused on complex litigation matters and regulatory investigations.

Suzanne graduated cum laude with departmental honors from Cornell University in 2003, where she majored in Communications and taught several public speaking courses. She obtained her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2006, where she received the Archibald R. Murray Award for her commitment to public service.
