Linc Leder
Linc Leder joined Virginia & Ambinder, LLP as an associate in June 2011. Linc works on ERISA cases involving employer benefit contributions.
Prior to joining Virginia & Ambinder, LLP, Linc worked at a law firm where his practice focused on representing trustees of multi-employer benefit trust funds. Linc has additional experience in general commercial litigation.
Linc received his B.S from Binghamton University, his M.B.A from Hofstra University, and his J.D. from Hofstra Law School. During law school, Linc was a member of the Securities Arbitration Clinic, and served as a legal intern for Justice Stephen A. Buccaria of the Nassau County Supreme Court, Commercial Division.
